Pratt Medical Center is now offering a Secure Patient Portal for the convenience of our patients. Through the Secure Patient Portal, patients will be able to:
- Exchange secure email with their physician and other staff members
- Receive messages from their physician
- Request medication renewals online
- Request appointments
- Access the Medical Reference Center
To access the patient portal:
A Pratt Medical Center staff member must enroll the patient into the service and provide the patient with a security token, which is used to initially create the account. Once enrolled, the patient can gain access to the portal by going to
